A directory, profiles and membership applications the board reviews online. Membership tiers with their own fees and payment plans.
Members, fees, events, votes and club mail in one place. Hubra runs on your own server, so your club's data stays with your club.

Invoices with the Swiss QR bill, automatic reminders and bookkeeping. Import payments from your e-banking as a camt.054 file.
Training sessions, workshops and parties with sign-up and attendee lists. Every member gets a personal calendar feed.
Polls and votes for everyone or for selected groups, with proxy votes for members who can't be there.
Teams, committees and interest groups that members join themselves. Offices, roles and permissions show who looks after what.

Announcements from the board and posts from the community, visible to everyone or to one group.
Tools, machines and materials with checkouts, due dates and inductions. Add keys, badges and deposits if you need them.
One sign-in for everything, encrypted backups, encrypted door codes and an audit log that shows who changed what.
Hubra isn't a cloud where your member list sits with a vendor. You run it yourself, on a small server in Switzerland or in your own basement.
# Write a config with fresh secrets $ scripts/init-env.sh # Pull the images and start $ docker compose pull $ docker compose up -d # Make yourself the admin $ docker compose exec backend \ flask make-admin --email [email protected]
You get the full guide for your own domains and mail together with access.
Every part of Hubra is a module. The board switches modules on and off in the settings, and the data stays. More features arrive as signed plugins, without reinstalling anything.
The lean install for a single club, with built-in sign-in and no management portal.
One platform for many clubs, each with its own data. A management portal creates clubs, allows modules and installs plugins.
For clubs that have outgrown a spreadsheet: sports clubs, makerspaces, cultural and neighbourhood associations. Hubra was built with a Swiss makerspace and is in daily use there.
Someone needs to be able to set up a server with Docker. After that, the board only works in the browser. If nobody in your club wants to look after the server, get in touch and we'll find a way together.
On the server you choose. Hubra doesn't send data to us or to anyone else. A built-in backup module keeps encrypted backups.
Hubra is currently in a pilot with its first clubs. Write to us if your club would like to join, and we'll talk about the terms directly.
Yes. Get in touch with your current list and we'll show you how to import it.
Tell us a little about your club. We'll get back to you with a test account and help you get started.
