Common questions

Which clubs is Hubra for?

For clubs that have outgrown a spreadsheet: sports clubs, makerspaces, cultural and neighbourhood associations. Hubra was built with VollBuild Makerspace and is in daily use there.

Do we need our own server or an IT person?

No. We run Hubra, with updates and backups. Your board and members only need a browser, on a computer or a phone.

Where is our data, and who can see it?

On servers in Europe, kept apart from other clubs' data. You decide who in your club sees what. We only process your data on your behalf, as set out in the data processing agreement, and we list every service provider in the privacy policy.

What does Hubra cost?

Hubra is in its pilot phase, and the price depends on the size of your club and what you need. Write to [email protected] and we'll send you an offer.

Can we bring our existing members?

Yes. Get in touch with your current list and we'll help you import it. Your members then get an invite link.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export your member list first, and we help with exporting other data. Then we delete your club space. The data disappears from backups after six months at the latest. The details are in the privacy policy.

Can we run Hubra ourselves?

Yes, with Docker Compose or Kubernetes. It mostly makes sense for federations or clubs with their own IT. Write to us and we'll look at it together.

Ready for your clubhouse?

Request your club in two minutes, or tell us first what you need. We'll help you get started.
