Hubra › Security and privacy
Clubs keep addresses, payments and sometimes data about children. That's why security is built into Hubra, not bolted on.

Every club has its own space and its own keys for confidential data such as door codes and credentials.
Daily backups, encrypted before they leave the server. Without the private key nobody can read them, not even the storage provider.
Passkeys, one-time codes from an app and a mail for every sign-in from a new device. Clubs can require 2FA for their board.
An audit log shows the board who changed what and when. When our support steps in, it needs a reason, is time-limited and shows as a banner in the club.
No analytics, no advertising cookies, no selling of data. We earn money by running the service, not from your data.
Our legal pages are still drafts and will be legally reviewed before launch.
