Hubra › Modules

Switch on what your club needs.

Hubra is made of modules. Besides members, events and finance there are more, such as bank import, budgets or Discord. Your board switches them on under Settings › Modules; there is nothing to install.

Module

Bank import

Import statements as camt.053, camt.054, MT940 or CSV. Payments are matched to invoices, everything else is booked by your rules.

Module

Budgets

A yearly budget per category, compared with the bookings as you go. Approve it, lock it and copy it to the next year.

Module

Discord

The Hubra bot on your server: announcements, roles, group channels, Discord events, poll buttons and reminders by direct message.

Module

Shared inbox

Read club mailboxes at Infomaniak, Hostpoint or Gmail right in Hubra, each mailbox visible to one group.

Module

Keys

Keys, badges and cards: who holds which, with a handover log. Members see their keys in their account.

Module

Guides

A guide per machine or tool, as text or a link to a manual or video, right on the inventory item.

Behind the scenes

New modules without waiting for the next big update.

Many modules are shipped as plugins. That way we improve and update a module without rolling out the whole app again. Nothing changes for you: the module shows up in the list, and you switch it on or off.

  1. We review and install

Only we install plugins, for the whole platform. Each one is signed and reviewed before it is installed. Clubs never upload code.

  2. You switch it on

Under Settings › Modules your board switches a module on for your club, like any built-in one. Switched off, it is hidden for everyone and the data stays.

  3. Updates arrive by themselves

We roll out improvements signed and without interruption for you. If something goes wrong, we go back to the previous version.
